Patty’s then and now

I was born in Taichung in Taiwan on Oct. 25, 1979. I was actually living in the countryside with all my other relatives in this "Ho" Village. Yeah, I am not joking, only people with last name "HO" lives there. The village was surrounded with farms and river. People farm and grew their own produce there.

At the age of 6, I moved to Taichung city. That’s where I took my elementary school and my junior highschool till I was 14. My dad decided to move my family to Canada when I was 14. I moved to Vancouver and I studied my highschool in Burnaby, BC. After high school graduation, I got accepted by Ontario College of Arts and Design. So then I moved to Toronto when I was 18.

I stayed in Downtown for 4 years to study Graphic Design in OCAD. After OCAD, I decided to pursue web industry, so I moved to Oakviille, Ontario to study Interactive Multimedia for one year. That’s where I met all my closest friends even till today. We had alot of fun time from the school and they definately helped me correct my crooked English. lol

So then i was working in Hamilton for 3 years. I know the pictures might be abit surprising around my body shape. I was once a skinny kid and suddenly turn..chubby. I was chubby all the way till I was 23. Working in Hamilton and living in Oakville is definately not a exciting life. I end up going to gym everyday and I ate healthy food everyday. I was always 185lb till I decided to change my lifestyle. Now I am around 145lb and still maintaining the weight.

I moved back to Downtown toronto when I got a position in Chum TV (now CTVglobemedia), and after 3 years I got a position in toronto.com as senior designer. Now this is where I am, and after meeting Alex, it writes another chapter of my life being married. :)
